Terms and Conditions

Quotations for products, deliveries and services are provided by Ophthalmos Limited (the "Company") according to the Terms and Conditions defined within this document (the "Conditions"), unless otherwise specifically agreed in writing and signed by an Officer or other authorised representative of the Company. All other terms, whether written or oral, express or implied, are excluded, including without limitation any business terms of the Purchaser's.

All orders made are subject to the Purchaser's acceptance of the Conditions. No details contained in any advertising matter, catalogues or other publication supplied by the Company or any verbal representation by an employee or agent of the Company shall form part of the Sales Agreement.

Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties, all deliveries by the Company will be to the Purchaser's address provided to the Company. If Purchaser is ordering on the Website, this delivery address must be provided as per the Website instructions.

General Warranty The Company warrants that its Products are free of manufacturing and material defects and provides a six month warranty for the replacement of all defective material free of charge.

The Company warrants that it will provide, for the replacement or repair, at its option of defective materials and defective workmanship in the Products (which would not have been apparent on a reasonable examination of the Products on delivery) for a period of six months from the date of despatch. This warranty will not be valid if a third party or the Purchaser attempts to repair the Products, or, if Products are stored, packaged or used incorrectly or damaged by any party other than the Company.

Returns

If the Products are deemed by the Company to be defective upon receipt the Purchaser shall be entitled to a full refund inclusive of costs associated with shipment back to the Company. However, Products may only be returned to the Company with the prior consent of the Company.

A Consumer may, within seven working days of the delivery of the Products, cancel the Sales Agreement and return the Products to the Company. Any Products so returned must be securely packed and, unless the carrier effecting the return is instructed by the Company, must be consigned, carriage paid and fully insured by the Consumer.
